Gabriel is one of only a few glass artists in Israel that work on large scale glass blowing and proficiency in hot shop technique. Glass blowing at this level is exciting to watch, as the liquid glass is blown, moulded, heated, shaped, swung, and pulled just the right amount to give the shape that we want to achieve.
This video demonstrates the hot-shop technique used for glass blowing and pulling long flames for a ner tamid. This Ner Tamid was custom made for a synagogue in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This video demonstrates this very unique hot-shop technique used for glass blowing flames for a custom ner tamid made for a synagogue in Bet Shemesh, Israel. The hot glass is collected in the furnace, blown and shaped into the round. Then the glass is transfered to the punty and cut open, swung around and pulled to shape.
