Seder Plates The Passover meal is the most widely practiced Jewish ceremony on the yearly calendar. The older generation recalls the Exodus from Egypt in order to instill the miraculous history to the next generation. The seder plate is the focal point of the ceremony, where certain foods representing concepts of freedom allow participants see, touch, smell, and taste the narrative. Gabriel's seder plates range from simple pieces showing off the texture of the wood to more elaborate trays with storage for matzah beneath. All plates are washable and come with a set of 6 small glass dishes.
