Custom Carving

The Synagogue is a house of gathering, a place of prayer, study, and contemplation- where children are taught to appreciate the tradition, ethics, and culture of the Jewish people. Each congregation has a unique expression of their character and Custom Carving understands the importance of creating a sense of awe by designing a beautiful and dignified environment. Custom Carving draws sentiment from tradition and is inspired by natural forms and motivated by shapes from contemporary architecture.


We work with each congregation individually to assure that our clients receive work that best utilizes and beautifies its surroundings. With over twelve years of professional experience in interior carpentry, carving and furniture; as well as advanced training in glass and design at the Bezalel Academy for Art and Design in Jerusalem all the work that Gabriel produces will indeed meet your needs and continue to inspire for generations. From individual pieces of furniture to built in carpentry, all the work is produced with the highest quality materials, tools, and craftsmen. Our clients choose from a variety of hard and soft woods, Jerusalem stone, and glass. We provide sketches and updates throughout the design process. All inquiries welcome.
